Workshop schedule for each session (by time zone):

PST   11:00 am - 2:00 pm
MST 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
​CST   1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
EST   2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Hawaii    8:00 am - 11:00 pm
Alaska   10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Arizona  11:00 am - 2:00 pm (Navajo County 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm)

Each live session is a 3 clock-hour course that is presented in English. The training method is a scheduled live webinar with instructor engagement. The training platform is Zoom and most students will find that it works successfully on cell phones and tablets. Contact us prior to the scheduled workshop time if you need assistance with accessing the webinar.

​** Important Information **

• We will start letting participants into the session 10 minutes early. We are taking attendance as participants join so, please be patient with us.
• Please keep yourself muted unless directed otherwise. We want to be mindful of everyone’s time and get through all of the content.
• Confirm your time zone. We made every effort to get the time zones correct but please verify for yourself. The session will take place at 11:00 am - 2:00 pm PDT

• We will not be awarding credit for any student that arrives more than 20 minutes late as you will have missed important information by that point.
• In the case of unforeseen circumstances that make conducting this Zoom session not possible (emergency, power or internet outage, Zoom down, etc.) we will offer the option to attend a rescheduled session or transfer to an online training selection.
• Attendees that miss the registered session, will be offered the option to attend a future Zoom workshop or to transfer to an online training selection.
