If a child is to keep alive his inborn sense of wonder, he needs the companionship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him the joy, excitement and mystery of the world we live in.
Successful Solutions Training in Child Development is proud to have the most dedicated team to assist you through your professional development. Each one of our staff members care about your success and the impact that well trained educators have on quality early childhood care and education.
Brittney Andrade, MS in Early Childhood Studies
E-Learning Curriculum Specialist and Instructor
Brittney is a STARS trainer through Washington DCYF MERIT.
Do you ever wonder who it is that makes the magic happen behind the pages? Brittney is one of our two full-time trainers who vigorously works to provide our students with the most updated curriculum on our training courses. She constantly strives to obtain new state approvals and maintain our current state approval statuses – this means that she is working hard to ensure that our courses can be used to meet annual training requirements for your state!
Brittney is typically the one to answer any licensing or classroom specific questions – with an extensive background working with children in a licensed childcare and the formal education to back it, she has the hands-on knowledge of what it takes to work in an Early Learning classroom!
Brittney is persistent with continuing her formal education; with two Bachelor Degrees behind her name (Bachelors in ECE from Rasmussen College and a Bachelors in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University and is currently working on a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Walden University), she’s not joking when her response to the question, “Why are you always in school?” is because she wants as many letters behind her name! “Honestly, my main goal for continuing my education is because I want to know all I can about Early Childhood Education, and I want to be able to help as many people as possible to succeed! I love to help people and I feel that I can do that every day when I come to work. The people I work with at Successful Solutions make a fantastic team, which makes it a great place to work!”
As a full-time staff member, Brittney’s favorite project at Successful Solutions is creating new training courses and obtaining new state approvals. She understands the importance in providing our students with courses that they can use to meet their state training requirements, regardless of how difficult or time-consuming the process may be. It is our ultimate goal at Successful Solutions to be approved in as many states as possible so that all our students, whether they be new, current, or “just looking,” can utilize our 100% online courses to meet their state training requirements!
Brittney's state approvals:
Kimberlee Turner, MS in Education
E-Learning Instructional Coordinator
Kimberlee is a STARS trainer through Washington DCYF MERIT.
Kimberlee has worked as a full time E-Learning Instructional Coordinator with Successful Solutions Training in Child Development since 2016. Initially starting as a student support position, Kimberlee's hard work and education has allowed her to become one of our two state-approved trainers! Kimberlee has a Master of Science Degree in Higher Education from Walden University. She also graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Developmental Psychology and a minor in Psychology.
Prior to joining our team, Kimberlee's experience includes working in a childcare center, both with and without disabilities, as an in-home traveling ABA Therapist, and a center-based Behavior Technician. Kimberlee's passion for working with children is due to the rewarding moments when she knows that she's made a difference in a child's life. "Receiving thanks and appreciation from families is one of the greatest feelings! I am so happy to be able to now teach teacher's how to work with diverse individuals and to help further the early childhood education field." Kimberlee firmly believes that every child should have access to an inclusive and supportive environment and it is our job as educators to provide that for them.
Kimberlee's daily motivation comes from working with such an amazing group of people! "I honestly never could have dreamed of having such supportive, friendly, and strong individuals as my co-workers. Morale is so important at work, and I feel so lucky to have employers that understand this and make me feel appreciated. Plus, how many people can say they have delicious lunches prepared for them every day, or get to see cute babies and dogs at work?? I truly feel that the work we are doing is important! This, along with the combined efforts from our other trainer Brittney, keeps me feeling pretty darn motivated!"
E-Learning Advisor and Public Relations Specialist
Corinne has been a full-time staff member with Successful Solutions since January 2018, and she is what we consider a "Jill-of-all-Trades." She enthusiastically accepts new challenges at work, varying her responsibilities to best accommodate the needs of her team. While you might find yourself chatting with her via our Live Chat option, or corresponding with our CDA Virtual Classroom students, you can be sure to see her at a local Early Childhood Education conference, where she ambitiously manages our exhibitor booth for Successful Solutions. Corinne is our chief advocate, responsible for telling the world our story and the training services we provide.
Corinne’s favorite project so far has been guiding our CDA Virtual Classroom students as they navigate through their training, but she is thrilled to explore her recent position of E-Learning Adviser and Public Relations Specialist!
E-Learning Support and Resource Coordinator
As the Resource Coordinator, Cassie is responsible for building and maintaining our sister website, www.lessons4learners.com, where we house hundreds of lesson plans and activity ideas for all age-groups. Cassie is also constantly updating our Pinterest page www.pinterest.com/lessons4learners where she hunts down more exciting and intriguing ideas that our students can use in their own classrooms! Cassie is also one of our Student Support Specialists, where she diligently works to ensure that each one of our students receives the best experience with our training. She is usually the solo-flyer in the afternoon, so she’s likely the one who will assist you if you have any questions regarding our courses or new enrollments. Student Support is where Cassie started when she joined Successful Solutions in September 2018, and she loves to use her outgoing personality and genuine caring to provide A+ assistance to our students!
Claudette Lindquist, HD M.A.
Advanced Level STARS Trainer

She has over 25 years experience in early childhood education both as a teacher and as an administrator. Claudette’s extensive early childhood career, which has included previously being a director, center licensor, a college ECE professor, and a grant coordinator brings a wealth of resources to our planning and development team.
Student Support & MERIT Specialist
Since 2013 Alisha has worked full-time with Successful Solutions Training in Child Development, taking the lead for our student support. She is lightning fast ⚡️at answering chats and setting up new enrollments - it's very likely that you'll be in contact with Alisha, as she is the first one in the office in the morning and closes up at night. Alisha is the sole responsible party at Successful Solutions for recording our Washington students training with MERIT (Managed Education and Registry Information Tool). She loves to collaborate with our amazing team on how to provide the most exceptional student support possible to our students!
While Alisha is one of the pillars of Successful Solutions, she truly flourishes during our busy season, which is the last week of December. It's a long week and even longer days for each of our staff, but Alisha finds the fun within the chaos, and enjoys the chance to see other employees she doesn't usually get to spend time with.
Anneliese has been with Successful Solutions since August 2012. Anneliese works hand-in-hand with our larger clients, such as Headstart and Kindercare, to facilitate the enrollment process, track staff progress, and manage their account status. She also assists in supervising our support staff team, working closely with our online educators to assure that program goals are adhered to. “I believe that as a competitive online training organization, our company needs to maintain guidelines, policies, and regulations as they pertain to child care licensing and state mandated training.”
Director of Online Program Administration
Genie is the founder of Successful Solutions Training in Child Development. Although it has now been many years since Genie has worked in an early childhood classroom, she still considers herself to be an ECE professional at heart. Genie feels that providing care and education for young children is a pretty big deal. In fact, our whole organization exists to inspire adults to be better for the sake of the children.
Genie’s founding belief is that giving children a positive, loving start in life will set them up to be strong, resilient and pretty spectacular human beings. She also believes that there is nothing more fulfilling than making a positive difference in the lives of children. Genie is proud to lead a team of people that are as equally passionate about providing quality early childhood education courses.
Without Genie, Successful Solutions and our wonderful team would not exist! Genie works non-stop to provide a top-notch learning experience to our students, meet education learning requirements, and is constantly brainstorming new ways to ensure Successful Solutions stays ahead in the world of E-Learning.
