This online course meets the Basic STARS Training Requirements for Washington State.

The Child Care Basics focuses on the 10 modules, as outlined by DCYF MERIT to meet the basic STARS certificate for Washington child care professionals. The tuition for this online course is eligible to apply for FULL reimbursement through the STARS Scholarship Program in MERIT.

All courses are completely online. Nothing will be shipped.

Unfortunately you are not enrolled in the Child Care Basics with us. You may want to reach out to the trainer who you are enrolled with and see if they can offer you assistance. I do see a record of you inquiring for support previously from us regarding this matter on our student support chat, and were given the same answer.

If you are having difficulties with an online course that you are enrolled in, you will want to contact the trainer for that course where you are enrolled to get assistance.
