Genie Skinner * Director of Online Program Administration
Genie Skinner
Founder/Owner - Director of Online Program Administration
Genie is the founder of Successful Solutions Training in Child Development. Although it has now been many years since Genie has worked in an early childhood classroom, she still considers herself to be an ECE professional at heart. Genie feels that providing care and education for young children is a pretty big deal. In fact, our whole organization exists to inspire adults to be better for the sake of the children.
Genie’s founding belief is that giving children a positive, loving start in life will set them up to be strong, resilient and pretty spectacular human beings. She also believes that there is nothing more fulfilling than making a positive difference in the lives of children. Genie is proud to lead a team of people that are as equally passionate about providing quality early childhood education courses.
Without Genie, Successful Solutions and our wonderful team would not exist! Genie works non-stop to provide a top-notch learning experience to our students, meet education learning requirements, and is constantly brainstorming new ways to ensure Successful Solutions stays ahead in the world of E-Learning.

Anneliese Lenzo * Accounts Manager
Anneliese Lenzo
Accounts Manager
Anneliese has been with Successful Solutions since August 2012. Anneliese works hand-in-hand with our larger clients, such as Headstart and Kindercare, to facilitate the enrollment process, track staff progress, and manage their account status. She also assists in supervising our support staff team, working closely with our online educators to assure that program goals are adhered to. “I believe that as a competitive online training organization, our company needs to maintain guidelines, policies, and regulations as they pertain to child care licensing and state mandated training.”
Brittney Andrade * E-Learning Curriculum Specialist and Instructor
Brittney Andrade, MS in Early Childhood Studies
E-Learning Curriculum Specialist and Instructor
Do you ever wonder who it is that makes the magic happen behind the pages? Brittney is one of our two full-time trainers who vigorously works to provide our students with the most updated curriculum on our training courses. She constantly strives to obtain new state approvals and maintain our current state approval statuses – this means that she is working hard to ensure that our courses can be used to meet annual training requirements for your state!
Brittney is typically the one to answer any licensing or classroom specific questions – with an extensive background working with children in a licensed childcare and the formal education to back it, she has the hands-on knowledge of what it takes to work in an Early Learning classroom!
Brittney is persistent with continuing her formal education; with two Bachelor Degrees behind her name (Bachelors in ECE from Rasmussen College and a Bachelors in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University and recently completed her Master’s in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University), she’s not joking when her response to the question, “Why are you always in school?” is because she wants as many letters behind her name! “Honestly, my main goal for continuing my education is because I want to know all I can about Early Childhood Education, and I want to be able to help as many people as possible to succeed! I love to help people and I feel that I can do that every day when I come to work. The people I work with at Successful Solutions make a fantastic team, which makes it a great place to work!”
As a full-time staff member, Brittney’s favorite project at Successful Solutions is creating new training courses and obtaining new state approvals. She understands the importance in providing our students with courses that they can use to meet their state training requirements, regardless of how difficult or time-consuming the process may be. It is our ultimate goal at Successful Solutions to be approved in as many states as possible so that all our students, whether they be new, current, or “just looking,” can utilize our 100% online courses to meet their state training requirements!

Kimberlee has worked as a full time E-Learning Instructional Coordinator with Successful Solutions Training in Child Development since 2016. Prior to joining our team, Kimberlee's experience includes working in a childcare center, both with and without disabilities, as an in-home traveling ABA Therapist, and a center-based Behavior Technician. "Receiving thanks and appreciation from families is one of the greatest feelings!
