Cancellations and Refunds

📌 Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of enrollment and apply only to courses that have NOT been accessed.
- Refunds are NOT available after 72 hours from the date of payment or for courses that have been accessed.
- Once a student has logged into a course, a refund is no longer possible.
- All refunds and cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- After 72 hours from purchase, payment credit can be transferred to a different training or a new student--as long as the original student has NOT started the course—for up to 30 days after enrollment.

Our courses may or may not meet the annual training requirements for your state. To assist in verifying eligibility, please provide us with:

📌 Training Credit & Certification Submission
- If we can record your completed training with your state, we will.
- In some cases, you may need to submit the certificate to the appropriate registry yourself, and they may approve or deny credit at their discretion.
- Providing a State Registry number does not guarantee approval for annual continuing education credit.
- Many states have QRIS (Quality Rating and Improvement Systems) with specific course requirements.
- Before enrolling, verify with your state the exact requirements needed for mandated training or continuing education.

Child Care Basics & Texas Pre-Service Enrollment Policy
📌 Enrollment Period
📌 Enrollment Period
- Enrollment is valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
- If the course is not completed within this timeframe, a one-month extension may be requested.
- Only one extension is permitted, and no additional extensions will be granted.
- Extensions are allowed only within 12 months of the original enrollment date.
- After 12 months, extensions will no longer be available.
- If more than 12 months have passed since the original enrollment and the course has not been completed, students must re-enroll at full tuition and start the course from the beginning.
Online CDA Training Enrollment
Enrollment in our Online CDA Training includes 120 hours of training, which meets the education requirement needed to apply for the CDA Credential.
📌 First Step in Credentialing
Completing these 120 hours is the initial step in the CDA Credentialing process, helping you build essential knowledge and skills for certification.
CDA Credential Process Overview
The CDA credentialing program is administered by the Council for Professional Recognition. To earn the CDA Credential, applicants must complete the following steps:
📌 Education & Experience Requirements
✔️ Complete 120 hours of CDA training
✔️ Compile a Professional Portfolio (Guidelines are provided in the Competency Standards book, available for purchase from the CDA Council)
✔️ Obtain 480 hours of work experience within three years prior to submitting the application
